Is pricing per user?
No, pricing is per connected organisation. There is no user limit. By default, users are imported from your accounts program at set up time. Apart from yourself, you just need a click to enable them to use Dream MRP with their existing credentials.
Can I try premium features?
When you first create your account, you will be on the Starter plan at no cost for the first 14 days. You can upgrade at any time during the trial period but will need to provide payment details, although your card will not be charged until the trial ends.
What is the "Read-only" mode?
When you sign up with the Read-only mode, you allocate Dream MRP to only read the data from your linked accounts. Dream MRP can not change anything in your Xero or QuickBooks accounts. However Dream MRP can still calculate and plan your purchase and work orders. It can not just post them back to your linked system. This allows you to explore the system and understand its capabilities without affecting your live data, or with the hassle of setting up a separate Xero or QuickBooks trial account. After your trial you can change to full access or you can permanently delete all the information that Dream MRP has read.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. If you downgrade, the new rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for subscription payment processing. All commonly used credit cards are accepted, for both monthly and annual plans. Contact us if you need to be invoiced rather than paying by card.
How does billing work?
You can choose monthly or annual billing. With monthly billing you'll be charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. With annual billing you pay for 12 months up front at the price of 10 months — 2 months free — and you're charged once a year on that same anniversary.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual plans are charged at 10 times the monthly price, so you get 12 months for the price of 10 — 2 months free, a saving of around 17%. The discount applies to the Starter, Standard and Premium plans in every region. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available, but you can cancel your account at any time.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Import of any data above your plan limits will be ignored. You will be warned by our process of flagging data quality issues.
What's included in the trial?
The trial includes full use of the Starter plan for 14 days.
