Items, inventory levels and sales data flow in from QuickBooks Online and drive the whole calculation. On plans with inventory (Plus and above; names vary by country) approved purchase orders post back and completed work orders update stock.

Sage Accounting has no purchase orders, so Dream MRP adds them on Standard and Plus (UK, Ireland, Canada): raise or plan them, email them to suppliers, and your Sage purchase invoices close them. On Plus it also plans from your stock and accepted quotes.

Item availability is the demand signal. Variants map to items by SKU, and Shopify alone is enough to drive a plan - no accounting system required, or use with your Xero, QuickBooks or Sage account.

Extend the data flows of your Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or Shopify integration by using the REST API. Push items, stock levels and sales orders from a custom ERP, an in-house database or any third-party platform over REST.
