Items, inventory levels and sales data flow in from QuickBooks Online and drive the whole calculation. Write-back is in development; approved orders can be exported meanwhile.

Open store orders are the demand signal. Variants map to items by SKU, and Shopify alone is enough to drive a plan - no accounting system required.

Not on Xero, QuickBooks or Shopify? Push items, stock levels and sales orders from a custom ERP, an in-house database or any third-party platform over REST.

Running more than one? Demand from every connected system is consolidated into a single MRP run — Shopify orders alongside Xero sales orders, for example, so retail and trade are planned together rather than separately.
